This mask is called “Lord of the Frosty Summer.” Very showy accessory that makes an impression at any event. You will not go unnoticed! On this mask it’s actually a lot of details and colors flow smoothly into each other. In addition to direct destination, this mask can serve as decorations in the interior. Particularly impressive it looks on a uniform dark background.
Can dress up like a mask or headdress.
Not too sure if I like the uncropped version, so here’s a close-up. full-view recommended!
Legend tells of a girl with stars in her hair and the universe at her fingertips

Daphne’s all finished and glaze-fired! This is my second project for my Intro Ceramics class. The Greek myth about Daphne and Apollo is super tragic, this girl definitely deserved better than being turned into a tree. But to pay homage to her I chose a little less conventional tree - rainbow eucalyptus bark ftw yo
ceramics is tricky because you never know exactly how it’s going to turn out in the end, and now I realize so many ways I could improve it, but for my first attempt at something like this I’m very pleased with the result!
challenging myself to use tools other than brushes (cups, fork, palette knife) for a class painting project while also experimenting with colors and semi-abstraction. this is my fav progress pic so far - might have overworked the face so i might try to come back to this :>
apparently watercoloring this here space girl is my go-to fix for late night personal art whoops
again using this tutorial, to be continued when i figure out what to do w/ the background
